At Briggs Electrical, we believe in providing the best service, the highest quality of workmanship and the highest standards whilst providing the best possible value. We have a very open and honest approach to our business, if work doesn’t need doing, we will not recommend it and if we encounter problems or uncover additional problems, we won’t cover them up but will work with you to recommend a fix.

We aim to be totally reliable and trustworthy – over past 19 years, our company has grown on the basis of recommendation and reputation and this is only achieved through being customer focused. Unlike some companies, we spend time listening to our customers, before offering our professional advice, so you can be assured your needs will be fully met.

In addition, we offer a no quibble guarantee. Briggs Electrical are fully approved by the NICEIC – the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting. Part P forms part of the Building Regulations. The principle of the Building Regulations is to ensure that consistent standards are applied to the construction of buildings including its structure, fire safety, sound insulation, drainage, ventilation and electrical safety.

The Landlords and Tenants Act 1985 requires that the electrical installation in a rented property is safe when a tenancy begins and maintained in a safe condition throughout the tenancy.

It is your responsibility to ensure the above requirement is met and continues to be met.
