What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number and message, and any email address, postcode, customer type, service, preferred contact method and urgency you choose to give.
What we use it for
We use it to reply to your enquiry, discuss the work, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the job, issue certificates and keep the records the law and our insurers require. We use your details on the basis that you've asked us to, and to take steps towards a contract with you.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted once they're no longer needed. Job records and certificates are kept for as long as the law, the certification scheme and our insurers require.
