Common questions
Do I need a full rewire?
Not always. An inspection shows whether local repairs, a partial upgrade or a full rewire is the right answer. Age on its own doesn't decide it.
Can you add sockets without rewiring the whole house?
Usually, yes. We check that the existing circuit and its protection can take the extra load first.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. New work is tested and you get the electrical certificate that goes with it.
Can you work alongside builders and kitchen fitters?
Yes. We can plan first and second fix around the other trades on a renovation or extension.
